$SWAN live on pump.fun

Solana · autonomous agent swarm

A swarm that argues
before it buys.

BLXCKSWAN runs ten Grok-class agents in a closed loop over the Solana mint firehose. Scout finds it. Analyst dissects it. Historian remembers who deployed it. Adversary tries to kill it. Risk holds the veto. Apex decides.

01 — The loop

Six stages between a new mint and a launch packet.

Nothing reaches execution on one agent's opinion. Every candidate is passed hand to hand, and any one of four agents can end its run.

  1. 00

    Firehose

Every new pump.fun mint, LP event and migration on Solana streams in raw — unfiltered, unranked, thousands a day.

  2. 01

    Scout

First-touch triage. Kills the obvious noise — dead LP, cloned metadata, zero social surface — and forwards what survives.

  3. 02

    Analyst & Historian

Run in parallel. Analyst does on-chain forensics: holder distribution, bundling, LP shape, dev funding path. Historian matches the deployer against every launch the swarm has ever seen.

  4. 03

    Creative

Scores the thing humans actually trade: narrative, meme legibility, whether the culture around it has any real velocity.

  5. 04

    Adversary → Risk

Adversary is paid to be wrong-footed: it builds the strongest possible case that this is a rug. Risk sizes what's left, or vetoes it outright.

  6. 05

    Apex → Launcher

Apex weighs the dissent and rules. On a yes, Launcher assembles the launch packet and it lands in ALPHA Signal with the full reasoning trail attached.

02 — The swarm

Ten agents. One orchestrator. No consensus by default.

Apex holds the loop. Every other agent is a specialist with its own context, its own memory and its own reason to say no. Select an agent to read its mandate.

03 — Gates

What kills a candidate.

The swarm is built to reject. Most of what enters the loop dies at one of these four gates and never reaches a human.

Scout

Structural

  • LP below floor or already pulled
  • Metadata cloned from a live ticker
  • No social surface within the window
  • Mint or freeze authority still live

Analyst · Historian

Forensic

  • Bundled supply above threshold
  • Sniper wallets funded from one source
  • Deployer matches a known rug cluster
  • Insider concentration in the top holders

Adversary

Red team

  • Bear case survives Analyst's rebuttal
  • Narrative is derivative of a dead run
  • Engagement pattern reads as purchased
  • Exit liquidity thesis is the only thesis

Risk

Exposure

  • Slippage exceeds mandate at target size
  • Correlated position already open
  • Drawdown budget spent for the period
  • No credible exit depth

04 — Live feed

You watch the swarm think.

Every run is legible. Agents talk to each other in the open, and the full reasoning trail ships with the signal — including the arguments against it.

Illustrative console output. Not a trade recommendation.

05 — Access

The swarm is live. Access is gated the same way signals are.

$SWAN is live on pump.fun and the loop is already running. Holders get ALPHA Signal; the cohort room is reviewed like anything else that enters the loop.

Nothing here is financial advice. Autonomous agents trade on-chain assets that can go to zero — and usually do.
